Frequently Asked Questions

Our lead time for stock items are between 2 and 3 weeks. Lead times may vary during the busy season. Lead times for special order materials vary depending on fence or railing type.

We accept returns at our own discretion. The material will be inspected by our production staff to assess any damage or tampering with the product. You are also subject to a 25% restocking fee and not all items can be accepted for return. 

Our vinyl and aluminum fence products are warrantied through our manufacturers. At the time of ordering with us, we will notify you via email with a link to all forms. You can then mail it in to the respective manufacturers to activate the warranty.

To ensure we can accommodate each and every customer we offer delivery. Ask your sales rep for the delivery fee for your next job. Sales tax may apply to out of state deliveries. 

We use two of the largest manufacturers in the country, Homeland Vinyl Systems and Barrette Outdoor Living, made right here in the USA. With plants from both companies located across the country, they provide the highest quality raw materials to ensure we can then manufacture jobs that are built to last.
