We have had very few order issues. In one case, we had 2 separate issues. While they were found at different times, Cecilia was prompt in her response to our needs. She had the replacement parts there, the first time, in less than 24 hours. On the second time, the replacement parts arrived on the same day!
None of our suppliers have ever been as responsive to order issues as Cecilia and the staff at Gallagher. Great Job!

I was blown away after our first delivery... the driver took pictures of their competitors product labels and our next delivery had beautiful and easy to read labels for us. Their delivery times are good and their sales reps are awesome. Billy, Cecilia and the rest of the company really care about their customers. I will continue to order from Gallagher.
